I was surprised by the food. Everything appeared as it should have, colour was predictable, texture was good, nothing out of place. What surprised me was the complete lack of flavour in any of the food. The rice appeared as beef fried rice should, the texture was as expected but lacked any of what you'd expect a fried rice to taste like, but simply tasted like a basic broth rice would.
