Hands down the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever ordered from. I wanted to give it a try to support a local business during these challenging times. They did not give me one item that I ordered. They brought me 3 completely wrong items and the food was terrible. Low quality. Very little meat. Do not order from here. Don't believe what the DoorDash reviews say.
Crappy delivery service and management. They came quickly but when the order was wrong they refused to bring the exchange and refused to refund me even though i gave them their order back. After speaking to Grubhub China City LIED in my face and said the would approve the order only to still tell grubhub np when they called back. I refuse to give anymore money to such a crappy ratchet establishment.
SCAM!!!! Ordered on the app that I used several times for them before. 2 hours later no food and I get a call saying they no longer use the company that runs the app. I have no food and have been on the phone trying to cancel a 30 dollar transaction for 30 mins. The staff was not helpful in the event, will not be getting food from them again. Excellent food. Ordered several times never disappointed, very courteous, polite staff every single time. Best shrimp!
It is awful. BAD ATTITUDE. DAMN people come here and get real nasty. I don't see any other nationalities patronizing these dumps. They gave me wrong order and had a very bad attitude when I came in to get it corrected. WON'T GO BACK AND RECOMMEND THAT OTHERS DO THE SAME.
