As a less-than-enchanted customer, I can assure you that China CTIC International, Ltd., is one of the most corrupt banks in an extremely corrupt banking system. It has been embezzled by bank employees and managers, government officials, and everyone else who wants to grab a piece of the pie. Sadly, this has occurred for years, and no one has done anything to put an end to it. To the Chinese government: Wake up and put to end to this abuse of your banking system while there are still a few dollars in the coffer!
