HORRIBLE! Delivered the wrong item. Ordered Gen T’s and they delivered sweet and sour. Called them and asked them to replace it, they told me I was going to have to take the food back to them for them to look at it after they messed it up. No way I was doing that. Their fault, not mine! Demanded a refund, they refused. I used to order from them often. That will now change to never again.
Ordered Gen Taos chicken a couple of weeks ago and it was great! Ordered it again and the chicken was hard and tasted disgusting. I hated to throw it out because I bought the big portion. Hit and miss- no thanks, not again!
This place deserves more credit. We loved our food. The orange chicken tasted like real orange and the batter was just right. All of the meats were tender. The sauces were flavorful and not too thick. It was all done right and I'm hard to please when it comes to take out. It was all very fresh tasting too. I can't wait to try it again!
