Greatly Disappointed – First off, we chose this place due to the great reviews we read. FYI, do not listen them. The service was one of the worst, yet one of its best characteristics. The hostess did not smile at us once. At first we sat down to look at the menu. When we decided I got up to order.... at least that was my intention. She stayed seated until the Man got up.... great food and service – My family has been going to Chna Chef for the last 35 years. For as long as we have been going to this place we have had great service and great food. The staff is very freindly and helpful. We will keep going back for as long as they are around. No matter many people you have or how much food you order, you always have left overs.

Rude waiters ! – Visited often - reasonable in price - But I must say the service is so poor. My husband wanted to take home his left overs and arriving home they had dumped all exception with a tiny bit of rice. The waiter was so rude - I will never go back.

Very Average – Eggrolls were not good. Just another place using the thick eggroll skins instead of the thin skins.The eggrolls were also filled with some kind of cabbage,shrimp, and ginger mush. Soups were also mediocre. Food was good as compared to other places we have been. Service was outstanding. Would go back just for the service alone. Overall... a tad better than average.

The best Egg Rolls – I've been a regular at this place for 20 years...and it's always been great. The egg rolls are just like my favorite Chinese restaurant made them in Oak Park when I was a kid. The Won Ton Soup has huge slabs of lean barbeque pork layered across the top and the pot stickers always run out too quick (and they give you alot!) worth the drive! – the food, the atmosphere are out of this world. I come from Alabama three times a year for the egg rolls and shrimp w/lobster sauce. When we finally moved here, we spent so much time here the employees started to think we moved in. Great!!
