To all of my China Cafeteria lovers, Beware of the China Cafeteria @ 2910 Rainbow dr. in Decatur Ga. because they are racistand are nasty with there black customers but they want the black dollars! The food is not fresh (food that looks old). They dont look you in the eye,they throw your money on the counter, and they are very arrogant.
