Wow! Totally unexpectedly good! Singapore noodles with a big, spicy flavor, and incredibly fresh. I changed the pork to chicken and the chicken was moist, tender, and flavorful. Obviously had not been sitting around just waiting for someone to throw it in. Shrimp had a nice crisp break to them, and while the dish was powerful in the curry and spice, even my timid palate loved the “just enough” edge.
