bad customer service Do not order from them! They rip you off! They say their production turn over rate is 10-12 weeks...no it took me 7 months to receive the piece I ordered. And their customer service is lacking. They did not even offer to give me a partial refund. They said that it was a risk I took.
Broken China Jewelry I met these girls at the rodeo. They do custom china jewelry. Basically, you can either buy from their existing pieces or you can have them take an old family china plate; they break it and make china jewelry from it. Cool stuff. Actually picked up a piece for my girlfriend and she loved it! I'm going to be coming back to them for gifts in the future!
Mom/Sales My daughters and I have purchased several beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry from this company. I first saw their jewelry at the market in Charleston, SC and instantly thought the pieces were gorgeous! The representative I always buy from is professional, courteous and passionate about this jewelry. This jewelry is well made, very different and versatile. I bought a ring with a horse head on it several years ago ( like 22 years) at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I lost this beautiful ring about 2 years ago. I would love to purchase another one. I do realize that no 2 pieces of jewelry are the same. that's what made it so special.
I’ve bought many beautiful pieces from them over the years, both in store & at vendor events like Nutcracker Market. I’ve kept & gifted their items of china jewelry, & especially love their seasonal & holiday pieces.
I haven’t had the opportunity to frequent the store, but phone conversations and other resources, are made available from the amazing staff to answer all your questions. The jewelry is well made, beautiful pieces along with discounts throughout the year.
It was such a pleasant experience to design my bracelet and pendant with my aunt's china. The finished pieces are perfect and beautiful!
