I hurt my back while I was lifting a heavy box. The pain was so intense that I could not sit down in a chair. I had difficulty sleeping at night. Hot baths and warm compresses did not help. I was popping advil and tylenol like crazy. My cousin mentioned China Acupuncture. I made an appointment and went down to Chinatown. First of all the rate is reasonable. The therapist was very meticulous. Michele asked me a lot of questions reagrding my health, work and exercise habits. After a thorough exam, she did acupuncture and some ... read more
Like many other people out there, I lost my job. The stress has affected my physical well being. I have seen Michelle over the years and she suggested I have acupuncture to improve my circulation and reduce stress. She took her time and helped me relax. Before my next interview, I saw Michelle. Her session left me feeling confident and I aced the interview. I have a new job, just before my unemployment insurance ran out. I will continue to see her on a regular basis. Thank you MIchelle.
This was the way to go. I was sideswiped by a bicycle delivery man into a brick wall and I hurt my shoulder. It was so sore and tender that I couldn't even put my blouse on. After taking ice packs and compresses a neighbor suggested I go for some acupuncture and deep tissue massage. Michelle did the trick and I recovered much faster than compresses and Tiger Balm. Best decision I ever made!!!
Would you believe? I was sitting in my backyard and the chair broke. I fell and hurt my lower back. I had trouble walking. I applied ice packs to my lower back-nothing helped. After going to the emergency room, I was told that nothing was broken and was prescribed some percocet. It did not help and I had a bad reaction to the pain medication. My cousin suggested I try acupuncture. I did a quick search and spoke with Michelle. I went down and she performed acupuncture on me. After a few visits, I was feeling much better. Now ... read more
This has got to be the best kept secret in New York. Reasonable rates and great service. Michelle is a caring individual. I was able to walk pain free after 4 sessions. My ex-boyfrend (who is Chinese) recommended I go there.
World Cup Hangover. I was in a bar downtown and of course a fight breaks out. Someone swings and misses and guess who gets hit-me. I have bruised ribs and a hairline fracture. It hurts when I breathe. My asian friend tells me to go for acupuncture. What the hell. It can't hurt. I make my way down to Chinatown and go to China Acupuncture. Michelle gave me a quick exam and started me on acupuncture and some deep tissue massage. Quick recovery. China Acupuncture is terrific.
I am a runner and have run numerous marathons in the northeast. I was injured doing one of my daily runs near the east river. A fellow runner in my club suggested I try some acupuncture. She recommended I go see Michelle in Chinatown. Now normally I am ver skeptical but I trusted my friend. I went down to Canal Street near the entrance to the Manhattan bridge. Michelle fit me in to her schedule. After two weeks I was out running again. Thank you Michelle.
This is the one. Whoa. I'm hot tired and stressed out. Our company is being downsized and may be sold. My stress level is off the charts. I can't sleep, can't eat and am too depressed to go out and exercise. I went to China Acupuncture and finally settled down. Michelle was the person that I saw. She is calm, nice and was trained in China. She works in the downtown hospital. I am finally able to get some rest. Very reliable and reasonable. I have been seeing her for 3 weeks and you can already tell the difference in my demea... read more
Yes they are fancier places to go to for acupuncture. But if you want the real deal this is it. The most reasonable rates with the best service. Michelle is the acupuncturist. She has studied in China and in the US. After experiencing shoulder pain from too much strenuous exercise, a trainer gave me her number. At least you can afford to go out and have a nice meal in Chinatown after having some great acupuncture. Michelle is the best.
