STAY AWAY, extremely unprofessional
They say they work with MetLife plans but apparently they don’t. MetLife is investigating on their end and Hanna is not very professional.

The unprofessionalism and lack of awareness from this legal team is absolutely mind boggling.The absolute lack of respect for my time was unacceptable and at no point during my interaction with this group did I feel confident in their competence or ability to properly care for the case at hand.
