I hired Chin Law Group in May 2025 for family law representation. Not only did the assigned attorney not advocate for best interest but after she withdrew from my case I had to deal with a refund issue for months. Chin acknowledged in writing (June 2025) that I was owed a refund but refused to process an electronic refund for over three months after the case closed. Don’t use this firm, they were appointed by Judge Anderson and he’s so stupid to use them!
Would not recommend. They may seem well versed, but they lack a spine and ultimately fumble when standing up for their clients. Texting is their go to play to keep as much of the retainer as possible.
