Ironically, based on the rating dated 2/26/16 in the Antioch office, the initial phone call with the front desk, made me question if I wanted to put my trust in this doctor and his staff. The young lady was rude, in not listening to explanation as to why I was referred, just to have her come back and say to me, she has the reason for my referral right in front of her. Dr. Chin is an excellent doctor. No complaints here. Go Harvard!
Dr. Chin treated me for kidney stones. Overall appears competent. Not the greatest communicator and could improve on wait times. Front office staff not client-centric. Perhaps just inexperienced but would benefit from customer service training. .Really felt I was impinging on her time when she requested that I track down the results of the blood work Dr.Chin ordered even though they were in HIS hospital system.
