Communication with these guys is absolutely horrible. Ownership lacks accountability, and isn’t willing to fix issues they created. Take your business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about Antonio and Chimuku. They have come through for me so many times when it’s cold in the furnace goes out or water heater stops working in electric fireplace isn’t functioning right. These are the people you want on your team!
Had my heat pump repaired. Antonio saved me durning a cold snap and I am forever grateful. When it’s time to replace he will be my first call.
We spent months trying to get quality service at a reasonable price with no success. Fortunately, we were referred to Chimuku from a friend. For a small operation we had to wait several weeks but they were up front with that from the beginning. It was worth the wait! They could have sold us more than we needed like the others guys but they didn’t and really took their time to show us we were getting their full attention.
