Being a local lumber yard makes all the difference
I would not recommend anyone ever purchasing kitchen cabinets from Chimo. There were several wrong sized pieces, pieces that didn't even match the rest of the pieces and damaged pieces. not once did I receive a call from them about these mishaps. Our contractor told me that they were blaming the manufacturer for the wrong sizes. Even just one phone call apologizing for our problems would be something that falls under customer service and would have made us feel somewhat better.
