Chimneys R Us is a fantastic company! They were able to come out the same week and get us booked by the following week. The inspection was done right and they provided pictures that showed all the damage that was left from previous owners. They were able to recommend the right way to fix it and make it functional again. Air was being pulled down the chimney so the smoke would have come into the house. They did a small job for us resurfacing a chimney column in our living room, which turned out great for a good price. The best part about it was the timeliness of their service and communication. They didn’t miss a beat.

Highly recommend this company. They Installed a chimney for me, Excellent customer service And attention to detail before the installation and I was extremely impressed by the customer service and willingness to answer Saulo questions after they got paid.

They were great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They swept the chimney. Then had to take down my chimney and build it back up then add caps to the top to keep the bats out. They were good about cleaning up any trash and left over materials they dropped. I highly recommend them for any chimney needs.

We are extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of customer service from this company. Jerry and Nichole are so personable and honest to work with! From my first phone call I did not feel like I was about to be price gouged because I was uneducated about my wood burning fireplace. Jerry was so helpful in giving us education about how to properly use our fireplace. He also asked us if the room our fireplace was in would get cold.
