Even though the original chimney work was done in the fall of 2024, Chimneys R Us came back and fixed the issue and made it right. It's great to see a company stand behind their work. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to take care of it.
Chimneys R Us has earned our future business! We called them to give us a second opinion after receiving a failed inspection from a different company. Chimneys R Us were able to come to our home within a couple days. The communication of when John and Gabe would show up was spot on. The young men (John & Gabe) were respectful, professional, honest, and through with the inspection of our fireplace. Highly recommend this company. They Installed a chimney for me, Excellent customer service And attention to detail before the installation and I was extremely impressed by the customer service and willingness to answer Saulo questions after they got paid.
They were great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They swept the chimney. Then had to take down my chimney and build it back up then add caps to the top to keep the bats out. They were good about cleaning up any trash and left over materials they dropped. I highly recommend them for any chimney needs.
We are extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of customer service from this company. Jerry and Nichole are so personable and honest to work with! From my first phone call I did not feel like I was about to be price gouged because I was uneducated about my wood burning fireplace.
