Even though the original chimney work was done in the fall of 2024, Chimneys R Us came back and fixed the issue and made it right. It's great to see a company stand behind their work. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to take care of it.
Highly recommend this company. They Installed a chimney for me, Excellent customer service And attention to detail before the installation and I was extremely impressed by the customer service and willingness to answer Saulo questions after they got paid.
Chimneys R Us has earned our future business! We called them to give us a second opinion after receiving a failed inspection from a different company. Chimneys R Us were able to come to our home within a couple days. The communication of when John and Gabe would show up was spot on. The young men (John & Gabe) were respectful, professional, honest, and through with the inspection of our fireplace.
