Nathan was such a huge help in troubleshooting getting my logs to turn on for the first time of the season. I am so grateful for Nathan and Chimneys Plus!
Chimneys Plus provided an thorough and professional assessment and a competitive estimate for both our gutter cleaning and cover installation and our chimney cleaning and repair. They even brought us bakery goods to the early morning chimney estimate. They are obviously busy, but maintained good communication throughout the process and completed the gutter project professionally, swiftly and with good quality. We also booked them next month to do our chimney repair. We would highly recommend this company.
Phillip Parker and his assistant were very competent and knowledgeable. Phillip was able to reassure me that our fireplace has no gas leaks, is drafting properly, and is perfectly safe to use. I will be much more comfortable using it this winter. He arrived on time and was very friendly, I will nit hesitate to call Chimneys Plus for future service.

Not a great experience at all. It took them over a month to look at the chimney, which is fine. They wouldn’t look at it w/o charging $300 for an inspection, which also is fine, but they actually never provided an inspection report. Instead, I was told it would cost $24k per chimney to get each chimney operational. When I asked for an estimate to repair external issues they provided an estimate for the repairs for the external work only.
