I cannot say enough great things about Chimney Plus, my technician, Phillip and Nathan in parts. These folks are problem solvers and they saved me literally thousands of dollars. The glass shattered on my gas logs and the replacement part is no longer available. They came up with a solution, installed new glass and did an excellent job servicing my gas logs. Every other company I called simply wanted to sell me on a new set up to the tune of $7400 plus. I recommend them highly!! And they brought Phoenix Bakery cheesecake!!
