we called Chimney Tech Heating in February this year we had no heat, my husband has been out of work for several months and we have to small children, after we explain our situation to them a nice lady came out with her technician repair our chimney and never charge us a penny. God bless.
We called Chimney Tech Heating in March this year we had brown stuff running down our chimney, they came out and took one look and told us it was not a chimney problem, we should call our furnace co, our furnace came out and took care of the problem . several other company told us we needed to change our chase cover. thank you chimney tech you save us a lot of time and money. If I could give minus stars I would. Save your money and call another company. Very unprofessional. I was billed for work that I had canceled and the agent running the company is not only rude but when I asked for her bosses or owners number to discuss the issue she would not give it to me.
