I highly recommend this company. The technicians are personable and down to earth and honest. They know what they're doing and work efficiently. I had a gas fireplace and wood burning fireplace refurbished with new inserts, new fireplace fronts, and caps. I was so impressed with the customer service and their work that I had them inspect and update my mother's 30+ year old fireplace. They had the best price in town for my fireplace job too.
The guy was more interested in making excuses why he couldn't make it out then in keeping the appointment. He called and asked how the roads were. I told him still dirt and ice like they are all winter. I told him I am able to get my car out and the roads are fine. So he said he would call his office. They canceled my appointment 3 hours after the scheduled time even though the roads are fine and the weather is clear. The office seem unconcerned when I called. If you value your time call another company.
