James came to clean out our chimney and did an excellent job! He was on time, very personable, professional, knowledgeable, up front about the price, and cleaned up very well after he was done. We will be recommending him to anyone with a fireplace! Thank you so much!
James was on time, friendly and very professional. We have 2 very different sfyle chimneys. He was very knowledgeable about both of them. Because our roof is so steep, he had to work from inside the house. He made sure everything was cleaned up and replaced when he finished. I will be asking them to do our annual checks.
We are upgrading our fireplace gas logs and it was recommended that we get our chimney cleaned first. Chimney Sweeps LLC came highly recommended. We made an appointment with them and they arrived as promised. James did a superb job cleaning the chimney and firebox. He explained everything that he was going to do. James is very knowledgeable about his trade. The amount of debris that came from our chimney was astounding! We were also very pleased with the cost for the service provided. I highly recommend them for work and service on any wood stove, fireplace, and chimney. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable service. They installed a wood stove for me, and they are servicing the chimney and stovepipe on a schedule now. They have always given complete estimates and explained all the work they are doing. They also are very helpful with any questions I have, and they are quick to respond when I reach out to them. Again, I highly recommend them!
