Love this place! I have 2 wood stoves from Chimney Sweep. The first one I purchased in 2003 had a small defect so the door didn't close just right. Chimney Sweep called Vermont Castings and get a new part ordered, came by and did the install, no problems, stove has been great ever since. My second stove (Jotul) was put in 4 or 5 years ago and this thing heats the whole house, love it! These stoves are high quality and professionally installed so I expect they will last a very long time.
Best Stove Store Around I have done business with Chimney Sweep Energy for over 25 years, have purchased 4 stoves from them for my 3 homes and have been completely satisfied with their products, service and knowledge. In my opinion, if you are in the market for a wood or pellet stove, this is the place to take your business. They have a huge selection of good quality products. I visited all the stove stores in a 50 mile radius of my home and theirs is by far the best.
Great place and great staff! Great stove shop with very knowledgeable staff. They carry high quality brands so yes, the cost is going to be more than the junk you will find at the big box stores. Remember, you get what you pay for! The folks at Chimney Sweep are family and they take time to really help you out. I have been going to them for years and I highly recommend them. They have to be doing something right to be in business since 1976!
Stay Away Not honest. They charge way to much. WAY too much. They even write their own ***** reviews!!! Find somebody else. Lowes in Middletown much better for supplies.
Knowledgeable and a huge variety I ordered my pellet stove from here. The salesperson was very informative and pleasant to interact with. The selection is great and the prices are super. The quality is high.
