Bought a brand new 2020 compliance Regency I2700 wood insert. After 5 months of usage, smoke start coming out. Google and youtube and try to troubleshoot ourselves without any result. Finally, call them. No help at all. After 3 calls on 3 days, finally they calls back at 8:30am in the morning. The owner Dave was rude to say the least, not helpful at all. These are good people. I’d been to another dealer who has no gone bankrupt and had a bad feelings about wood stove/insert dealers, but Dave was just great. Real nice guy, good deal on my insert (which was a floor unit), and gave us some good advice too. Couldn’t have wanted a better experience. Just watch out for the map, in late 2019, Google Maps has the store on the wrong side of the road. It’s on the west side of South 23. Once you are past the Irish pub, keep your eye out, it’s there on the right.

OH thank goodness you're in a new location just down the highway on the right :) I would truly miss your helping advise and services It's not often you can find such great hometown local family business that you can trust and believe in.
