RecommendedWe were having problems with our fireplace pilot light not staying on, plus the remote control wasn't working either, even after Ben gave us a step by step on what to do. We had an appt set up for a service call ( a few weeks out). Ben called us up to fit us in early. He and an associate (another Ben) came out, fixed the problems, replaced what was bad- all at no charge- as it was still under warranty. Had an issue with fireplace insert and I called Ben and he walked me through trouble shooting steps and it didn’t work and stopped by my house and found that switch on receiver was not quite in the slot for remote and had it fixed in 2 minutes. Great job Ben!!
Ben runs this company is a great guy to work with!!! We ordered a Fireplace X insert and this thing has made winter so much better. I was hesitant to spend so much money on something but we are already saving on heating bills and Ben took great care of us. I would highly recommend Ben and his team.
