Ian (Chimney Service Company) cleaned my extremely dirty chimney. So dirty, it almost smoked me out of the house during the last fire I tried to burn before I HAD to have it cleaned. Ian was honest, up front and thorough. He was on time and efficient. He went above and beyond my expectations! Really good communication. I am so impressed with Ian McPherson and his company. I don't think i have ever met someone so respectful and kind before. He went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. He checked all my fireplaces and educated me on what to look for. He was completely done in about an hour. I will definitely hire again.
