Run away! Do not use this company. I paid over $1400 for a fireplace that I can't even use because they put the wrong kind of logs on it. They didn't notice that I had a ventless fireplace even after telling them... Now, the owner won't return my calls. I'm going to have to take them to court before I see any action. Worst company I have ever dealt with!
I appreciated that nothing felt rushed or delayed unnecessarily.
Over priced! Never again! These ratings are fake, must be friends and family. Paid way to much. Again, never again! I paid over 1700.00 for spray paint, a Crack in the fire box, and caulking around the chinmey. Total rip off!
They gave me helpful tips on keeping the chimney in good shape!
I’ll definitely be booking them again next year.
