I had a flue fire and called another chimney service who kept putting me off. Chimney Safe responded in 2 days. Joe cleaned my flue and collected a 5 gallon bucket full of debris. They did and excellent job. I will use the every year.
I had this company install a new Osburn wood stone insert and they did an excellent job! They really know their stuff. They were easy to communicate with through the entire process and held too there lead time.
Have had a couple services provided by Chimney Safe now and after this last appointment we are customers for life. Explained what was and was NOT needed in order to keep our chimney and fireplace safe. Provided all services and repairs with the utmost respect and quality. Great communication concerning appointment times, willing to answer any questions and overall just a great and trustworthy group of people.
