We counted skip months ago!! Since then he made appointments after appointments and never showed up or called for months. Every time I called him he made another appointment but never showed up!! We received a bid months ago and now I call and no answer or return my calls. They should not be in business! Strung us along for months.
Skip is great! Always returns my calls and happy to answer questions. Very reasonable pricing too.
Skip the owner was a great guy, did the inspection and certification. Very nice and knowledgeable. I booked a cleaning with him and he said his guys would be there next week at a specific time but they never even showed up! I called when they were 15 min late, said they were on the way, then again after an hour only to find out they never even left their house yet to do the job!!!
Early, quick, and friendly. I found the service to be top notch.
Skip charged $150 and spent less than 15 minutes looking over the chimney. His inspection revealed less than that of the main home inspection. He then wrote up a $540 recommended repair quote for basic maintenance. Poor value is an extreme understatement. Never again will I use this company.
