Visited Chimney Rock Medical on 6/13 and experienced the most Rude and Unprofessional Staff. It began with the receptionist and continued to the nurse and onto the Doctor. Kendal Laux MD and her staff acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to give medical attention, guidance and or resolve ongoing issues rather than placing a bandage on the key issue. I would definitely search for a more knowledgeable and pleasant staff who are there to serve the patient.
