Called Charles for help and he showed up shortly within days. As you see in the attached pictures, the old cap is not able to cover the top-level sidings. After 18 yrs of exposed wood they were damaged. We think the damage is caused by water, and some were destroyed by birds/bees. He measured the chimney cap and gave me a quote shortly the same day. I really love the new chimney cap. It is so much more value for the money than the basic repairs I was contemplating and adds to the overall appearance of the house.
Charles and his son did a great job with our chimney. We had a remediation issue and Charles came highly recommended. He was able to come out and quickly assess the issues and get us on his calendar.
