The man that awnsered the phone was the most rude person I have ever spoke to. Asked him a question and he wanted my life history, I asked him if indeed if they cleaned old mortar from bricks,he said have a nice day and hung up on me. Very unprofessional way of conducting a business. It's most likely a sign of the workmanship thats performed. To the gentleman that awnsered the phone, thanks for heads up.
