If it was possible I would give 0 stars. Had an appointment for 10 to 12 arrival, no call or text, the guy showed up at 1:45. I was out walking my dog and the office called to see why I was not at home. He looked at it and said that it needed more than usual cleaning and with the treatment & cleaning needed it would be $499. I pointed out that the website said cleaning and inspection for $125 but he said that was for typical cleaning. Total bait & switch operation.
