The guys at chimney professionals are amazing. They really went above and beyond to help us out. I absolutely adore the fact that they were willing to teach us as much as possible about fixing our chimney

They came and did work on my sister wood stove and we're very politet, and for the most part the work got done in a timely manor. There was an issue with one of the items being shipped but that was not their fault. I would recommend them to others though. Thank you Chimney Pros.

I called to set up an appointment to have our chimney inspected. I called in the morning and talked to a gentleman and told him the reasons why. He set the appointment for 6 pm that evening. 5:20 he calls to verify and say he's on his way. 7:15 he still hasn't showed up so I call. He says he was in Kansas traffic but was on his way. 7:45 he calls back saying they went to a different town an hour away and wanted to reschedule.
