We hired Chimney Pro Cleaners to inspect our chimney in our new home. They were extremely professional! Easy to schedule the technician called when he was on the way and explain the entire process. The process was quick efficient and he did not leave any mess behind him, he gave us some very useful tips how to maintain and to prevent issues with our fireplace.

We hired Chimney Pro Cleaners to perform a video inspection and cleaning of our chimney. They got us on schedule in a timely manner, the technician called when he was on his way and did great job and was very informative and patient. Highly recommended

We used Groupon for a chimney cleaning. They were on time, even called ahead with a 30 minute heads up. Very very professional and made NO mess whatsoever! I have new carpet and was very worried about that. I didn’t have to ask them to go the extra mile to protect carpet ~ they automatically brought a large tarp in and covered area. I heard about this company from a fellow real estate agent who had been impressed w/ them. My clients had already called and paid another fireplace company and were not getting good results. Boy was I happy that I was referred to Chimney Pro Cleaners and forwarded this company to my clients! I looked sooo good when my clients called Chimney Pro Cleaners and Reuven. Excellent service, Rueben called and advised he was on the way. Arrived on time and was very clear about the process. I inquired about gar logs and he was very clear and explained the pros and cons of vented vs. vent free and I ended up purchasing a set from him company. Really impressed.

I highly recommend this company! I was able to get an appt quickly, they communicated about their arrival and did thorough inspection and cleaning of my chimney. No hidden costs, even fixed the flue for the price of the Groupon! I will certainly be using them again!

They do hard sell, pretexting to not certify your home for insurance if you do not do what they ask. Plus they are dishonest, selling me a panel for $375 (panel only no labor) while, even on their web site, it is $250. They did not finish the job (were supposed to repaint the fireplace), I texted them several time, always told me to wait. I guess once you paid they do not care anymore.

Let me count the ways: Condescending, hidden in friendly banter Hard sell based on instilling safety fears, when that is not necessarily the case.
