The same thing the last reviewer wrote happened to me. My 3 year old toddler were taking a walk past the playground in this area where it was mind you COMPLETELY VACANT. My son desperately wanted to go to the swing for a few minutes and right away, the security guard came up to us harassing us to leave saying the playground was “private property”, he also took out his camera and took pictures of us. Guys this place is apparently private property, don't make the same mistake I did. I was going for a jog at night and saw the playground and thought it would be a nice place to do pull-ups until a security guard came up to me saying it was private property and I needed to leave. By the way, he was not friendly at all, I said and I quote "I'm sorry, I didn't know. I'll go." Despite this, the officer continued pursuing towards me and started taking pictures of me. Tried to get an I.D. for the pool and park but now they require the deed to the house as proof instead of I.D is crazy. Then said the owner has to be present....owner lives in a whole different state.
The pool needs to be updated. We don’t have a real kiddie area other than a kids pool that feels like a hot tub. They need to add a splash pad or something to update it. The playground wood is getting splintered. The benches are missing the 3rd beans. The basketball court grass area is covered with ants. We shouldn’t have to pay for all guests.
