DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I lived here in 2019, when I asked the property manager, Heather at the time, if she could find a tenant to takeover my lease. She did!! All was good. I cleaned the entire apartment before leaving and left it in amazing shape for her and the next tenant. Lovely kind people and great smooth experience moving in. :) Edit: After 6 months of living here. I would say that the place is decent. I moved into their newly renovated apartment. This is what I've noticed so far with the place. The exterior always looks poor quality, but the landlord manager told me they're remodeling the outside in August 2023 and showed me a nice picture. That never happened. The parking lot isn't well lit at night. The road is pretty bump with two small pot holes when you pull in and a massive pot hole... read more
office staff are nice enough when you talk to them but hard to get ahold of. extremely slow maintenance if you ever have an issue. our ac is out for the second time this summer, the first time it took 2 months for a simple repair. it's out again, it is 85 degrees in the apartment and they have given no estimate of when it might get looked at. you can't even buy a window unit because the windows don't fit them. shortly after moving in, the power went out in half the apartment and was out for over a month, we managed to find t... read more
