I know someone that lives there and I am going to have to contact the health department because they won’t fix things wrong with the apartment. I told them to withhold rent until it gets fixed. It is actually a lawsuit ready to happen. Apparently they take advantage of people that don’t know any better, but they don’t know who the tenants are friends with and that they know legally what they can do. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I lived here in 2019, when I asked the property manager, Heather at the time, if she could find a tenant to takeover my lease. She did!! All was good. I cleaned the entire apartment before leaving and left it in amazing shape for her and the next tenant. Being an ignorant 20 year old, I didn’t ask for anything in writing. 2 years later I start being financially responsible and look into my credit report. Can you guess what I found? I cannot recommend Chimney Hill enough! I'm 67 and have lived in many places. This by far is the best. Reasonable price. The management is supurb! Private, quiet setting. The only noise I hear is the children playing at recess at the school down the road. I plan on staying here.
