We have been using Chimney Department for years to annually inspect, clean and complete necessary repairs. We have always been satisfied with their service and professionalism.
I had very positive experience with Chimney Department. I called them to give me a quote for a new chase cover because I was getting water in my bedroom. Bill came and inspected the cover. He found that the case cover was just rusty but was not leaking. The leak was at the chimney flashing. He provided written assessment with lots of pictures. Thank you Bill for your HONEST service.
