Dan not only thoroughly cleaned my chimney (insert), he carefully took apart, serviced, and replaced a deteriorated baffle in the inner workings of my fireplace insert, climbed up to inspect and clean the roof chimney cap structure AND gave me helpful instructions to perform DIY maintainence that will preserve that cap indefinitely!
