Great knowledgeable service from a professional staff
After receiving a message to CONFIRM my 11:00 appt with an OK I sat at my home waiting and waiting and waiting only to call and get screamed at by some RUDE lady who made up every excuse and said it wasn't their fault but my screen shot PROVES poor business practice and even worse handling of a screw up!! DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED CO!
Professional, on-time, clean, and quick. Even took the time to remove a wasp nest from my chimney (in the winter, so there were no wasps). I recommend their service.
I will definitely use Chimney Cricket again! They are so knowledgeable, respectful! I give them an A+.
The guys from Chimney Cricket were able to come before their appointment time, and finished up quickly before the time,of my scheduled appointment. Dan is the technician that has been taking care of Chimney since I have been dealing with Chimney Cricket. He is very quick and efficient at his job. I would highly recommend Chimney Cricket to anyine needing chimney cleaning services. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
