RecommendedOur chimney needed repointing and the crown was bad. Chimney Cricket responded quickly, was very knowledgeable and professional. The price for work was very reasonable. Mike was nice and did excellent work. We give them an A+.
We had a great experience with Chimney Cricket. The team that handles the interior portion of our job were very knowledgeable, respectful, and ensured that we understood what they were doing, why, and were familiarized with the gas insert, how to use it and maintain it. Bob was outstanding! The exterior crew went above and beyond, and Ian and his team did a great job fixing our chimney. I would highly recommend using them!

These guys are excellent. My sweeper, Jeff, did a thorough inspection of the whole chimney, from basement to roof. He took many pictures to show the company and explain to me his recommendations. This company inspires confidence and concern for safety. Even though these recommendations are going to cost money I feel they are necessary if I’m going to continue using my fireplace. Of course Jeff cleaned up and left the fireplace area spotless. I highly recommend Chimney Cricket. I will only use them from now on.
