We have an older house that once used coal to heat the home. Eventually the owners put in high efficency furnaces that vent through a window. When we took ownership of the home, only the gas hot water heater was vented through the chimney. Always professional! Easy to get appointments! Very affordable! I highly recommend chimney cricket because in 2022 when they came to clean our chimney, they noticed cracks in our stack and were honest enough to call it to our attention . I was able to get it covered under our homeowners insurance and our chimney relined. I always recommend them for chimney clean out!!
Aaron was very responsive and able to schedule an appointment to inspect my chimney and fireplace the same week I called. He was very through in explaining the impact of having a missing rain cap and repairs needed. I will use them each year to inspect my system.
