We had poor airflow from one side of the house, and Connor figured out why. After a full air duct cleaning and blower cleaning, he found debris blocking one of the ducts. He cleaned the coils and furnace, and did Mold Treatment to prevent buildup. Dryer vent cleaning also helped reduce heat buildup. With the UV light installation, the air feels noticeably fresher and cooler.
The strangest thing kept happening — every time we turned on the heat, there was a faint burning odor. I assumed it was normal until the duct cleaners inspected everything. They found lint and dust packed around the blower motor, which could have become a serious hazard. They cleaned it all out, sanitized the ducts, and showed us before-and-after photos.
