We have spent a lot of money with Tony's over the years but we are so disappointed. We had a visit scheduled for a cleaning and the technician couldn't do the cleaning - he didn't have a tool for a chimney that they installed last year. Once they left they did not return when they said the would. It's been a month since that visit and after calls and texts to the business (probably over 20 over the period of a month) we were supposed to have a visit 2 hours ago today.
