We have had issues with our gas fireplaces starting since we moved in. Brady and his team were able to locate the problem and find us the parts we needed to get back up and running. Thank you!
Owner does bait and switch. Estimate was for $3600 sent me a bill for $11.000.00 Learn from me, do not use this company! You asked if you could replace the sheeting on one chimney, I said yes. Plywood is not $8000.00 And I was never on the roof! I guess when you come out to look at a job you should bring a ladder. I should have know right then you are a joke
We had a great experience from planning to installation. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We can't wait to use our new fireplace.
It was strange dealing with this company. They obviously had a lot on there plate, it was hard to get hold of people we had to chase them. We wasted months and lots of time and emotional energy on emails. At one point we even drove for an hour with our little kids on my husband's day off to go to their office to see someone in person because emails had been left so long...
