your technician showed at my house about 11am to clean my gutters after giving me a written quote last week for the job, then proceeded to tell me to reschedule because the gutters were frozen solid. I then tried to call the number both on the estimate and on the business card, left multiple messeges to return my call. no one even made an effort to do so. not only will I not refer you to anyone else but I will report this to the company that referred your business. Just like the other person...made an appointment..nobody ever showed up. I would not recommend this company.
