Terrible management, the building utilities never work…. In the 9 months I’ve lived here the AC doesn’t work, front door is broken, water is turned off (not only cold but totally TURNED OFF) multiple times. The management doesn’t address the complains of residents what’s so ever. I highlyyyyyy recommend against letting or god forbid buying a flat here. Horrible! Also the security is terrible, I’ve seen random people walk around the building who clearly weren’t supposed to be there.
Soulless copy and paste flats. Utilities constantly broken or under maintenance. Since living here there hasn’t been a 7 day period where something didn’t break or a repairman wasnt working on eg. the lift or the AC or the plumbing or the gym… etc. there are so many options in london, please please find somewhere else to live. not worth the money or hastle!
