Spoke with corporate multiple times about Delaware group home staff at 103 Diminish Dr Newark DE. They park where ever they please blocking mail boxes and parking on my grass. Nothing seems to be done about it and there’s plenty of parking on their side of street where the home is. I’m beginning to think this will have to be a civil suit parking on the grass and can’t mow my lawn correctly. My experience with this company took place during about two weeks of training, with one of the days spent training inside a residential home. Unfortunately, that short time was enough to leave a very negative impression. Communication from some staff members was extremely poor. It was difficult to get clear answers, and there seemed to be very little effort made to communicate effectively or support someone who was there to learn.
