CONSUMER BEWARE! Chimcare is the same all over washington state! They use 3rd party parts for gas stove repairs! Most stove companies recommend original parts- they DO NOT care! They broke the glass, installed the wrong part with a sealant that does not come off, and left us without heat during the coldest time we've seen in many years. This stove IS our main heat source. Now I'm going to have to dish out over $1000 to get the job completed! Even worse is the fact that the original gasket needed for repair is only $49 direct... read more
