Brian Chima planed our trip to the Canadian Rockies aboard the RockyMountaineer. It was amazing and every detail was outlined on a spreadsheet and included a daily outline of pick ups and transfers. We could not have asked for a better organized experience. We will use their services again to plan our next adventure. We highly recommend this travel agency.
Michelle Stauch arranged and coordinated a complicated trip for 7 of us spread across 3 families including 2 sets of husband/wife and a husband/wife/teenager. This included flights from 3 American cities to Paris and 3 flights returning home from Munich. Also included was coordinated travel from airport to hotel, hotel stays and assistance with enrolling with the Band of Brothers tour. All arrangements went off exactly as planned. I can’t believe I haven’t posted a review for Chima Travel before! I have been on so many tours from Viking’s Danube River cruise and AmaWaterways’ Douro River cruise in Portugal to Egypt and the Nile with Uniworld and just last month with A+R to South Africa. Derek has put together all the plans and makes sure I have all the information necessary and follows up when things don’t go as planned—like United Airlines cancelling my flight and then losing my luggage! Just unpacked and already thinking about the next trip!
Michelle at Chima Travel was extremely helpful in planning an Alaskan cruise for wife and my 56TH wedding anniversary,which included our immediate family for a total of 11 people.The recommendation to use Silver Seas proved to be an excellent choice.Michelle did a great coordinating hotel ,travel and the cruise itself.This was our first time using Chima ,as our previous travel agent retired ,an we are very happy that we did.
I would like to thank Michelle for all of her tips and help in assisting us on our trip to France and the Band of Brothers Tour. She arranged flights for three different families in three different U.S. cities to Paris and then back, from Munich, including shuttle transportation for all three families from and to the Paris airport from our hotel.
