Outstanding care!
This was my first visit with Dr. Ohaegbulam, although I have been going to that practice for decades for a variety of orthopedic problems. Dr. Ohaegbulam was terrific. He listening well, asked questions, explained things thoroughly, took his time, and I never felt rushed. He picked up things in my x-ray and MRI that others in a different practice had not. I highly recommend him, as well as others in this practice.
I am in a midst of a treatment response to a disabling pinched spinal nerve. Beginning in early January, my disability progressed from slower walks with my wife, to shorter, to none. X-rays confirmed my hip replacements were not failing. A February diagnosis was bursitis. As pains worsened, I went to orthopedics for a bursa injection, but PA Mike McCarty correctly diagnosed the problem as a pinched nerve. An MRI took weeks to schedule, reviewing the MRI more weeks. From my first visit with Dr. Ohaegbulam, I knew I wanted him to do my surgery which was a 3 disc acdf. He explained my cervical issue in detail while showing me the MRI's. He never pushed for surgery but made me aware of the severity of my condition. I am grateful that I found the best!!... As I called him after surgery, The Boss!! Dr. Ohaegbulam is exceptional in his demeanor and expertise!! I can't thank him enough and look forward to being a patient of his for other issues I’m experiencing. Thank you, Dr. Ohaegbulam!!!
