We have used Chim-Chimney for many years from when we lived in town to now out in the country. We booked our cleaning and inspection and they were very accommodating as we were having company coming today. They arrived early, did a thorough inspection and cleaning and were simply awesome as always. Highly recommend them for your chimney cleaning and inspection needs!
I had my wood fireplace inspected. Chim-Chimney was very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. I wouldn't expect them to do that every time, but they understood my needs and worked with me to find a time that worked on very short notice. The inspector was very professional and my WETT inspection report was delivered same day.
Courteous and thorough service. Called a few minutes before they were coming to give me a heads up. Tech gives you an idea how much build up is in the flue and if you may require more frequent cleaning. No mess in your house. As a drop cloth is used techs are friendly and work quickly
