keith was so helpful. i was referred to him by my neighbor. i had water coming through my chimney into my fireplace. Keith climbed up on my roof to inspect and gave me recommendations to hire a roofer to seal my chimney area. since the job wasn’t his area, he didn’t charge me anything. he spent 30 minutes inspecting and evaluating. super nice guy and very knowledgeable on chimney issues.
This place is a SCAM! Don’t use them! I had them come out to get an estimate to fix my gas fireplace. They said I’d need a new computer control unit to fix it, and they charged me a $150 fee for just taking a look. Said they would order the computer and come back to install. Several weeks later, I never heard anything back, and continued calling, leaving voicemails, etc, and no response. If you want to hire rude people - hire this company. Keith was rude on the phone and did not want any business. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.
They sublet out all their jobs. It's overpriced $700.00 to clean my chimney and they never COVERED MY FUREPLACE. I HAVE BLACK SOOT FROM CEILING TO FLOOR. Walls and ceilings are covered with soot.
